If you paid for a subscription using a bank card and requested a refund no later than 14 days after the first payment, providing the number of the card with which the subscription was paid, we will refund the funds excluding the costs of accepting the payment and returning the payment.
You can send a request for a refund in the "Support" section of the application or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the request, send us the full number of the card with which the subscription was paid.
Fees – the sum of any charges, costs and expenses related to refund, including without limitation any currency exchange related costs.
Gift card – one of the ways to subscribe to Red Shield VPN using gift coupon, which may be transferred to any user.
Money-back Guarantee – guarantee period for full refund regardless of the reason.
Resellers – intermediary internet platforms through which it is also possible to purchase subscription to Red Shield VPN.
Red Shield VPN – VPN service provider. Hereinafter also ‘we’, ‘our’ Services – virtual private network (VPN) services.
Subscriber – the user, who purchased subscription to Red Shield VPN or Gift card.
Subscription - the ability to use Red Shield VPN services for a paid period.

Only payments made by bank card can be refunded.
To avoid violating anti-money laundering laws, refunds of payments in cryptocurrency or cash are not possible at all.
Refunds are only possible upon request no later than 14 days after first payment.
Only the first payment on the account can be refunded.
Refunds will be made less all processing fees for the incoming Subscription payment and refund costs.
Refunds are only possible to the same card from which the subscription was paid.
A payment that was made in an iOS app via Apple in-app payments can only be refunded through a request to Apple.
