Fight with blocking in Russia
9/15/2021
Russian authorities have started blocking Red Shield VPN.
Blocking is carried out unofficially, on the so-called TSPU - that is, DPI under the control of the state.
We love our users from Russia and believe that the Internet in Russia should be free from government censorship.
Therefore, we begin to fight for access to Russia, which consists of two parts:
1. Technical.
2. Legal. Due to the fact that the blocking is carried out unofficially, first we need to prove it, then sue the Russian state.
We remind you that as a result of the previous blocking attempt in Russia, the service remained available, and the ECHR is considering a case against the Russian state.
